Bazett's formula is used for estimation of corrected QT interval on ECG. Whereas, other three formulas Friedwald, Sampson and Martin/Hopkins are used for low density cholesterol (LDL) estimation in blood.

Hence, if the patient doesn't have any other features which suggest ischemia, then he should undergo evaluation for cause of left ventricular hypertrophy. The most common cause for left ventricular hypertrophy is hypertension.
